1. Actions: Gift Points

The Gift Points tool enables you to manually award points to users. Follow these steps:

1. Select a Point Source: Choose the relevant point source.
2. Search a User: Start typing to auto-populate by wallet, Discord, or user.
3. Points Auto-Fill: Points are pre-filled based on the point source but can be manually overridden if needed.
4. Click Next: Proceed to the next step.
5. Verify Change: Confirm the details of the points being gifted.
6. Finalize: Click Gift Points to award the points or Back to adjust the details.

2. Awarded Points Table

Track points awarded to users through various sources.

• Search Options: Filter by wallet, point source, or contract.
• Columns:
  • Wallet: The recipient's wallet address.
  • Point Source: The source of the awarded points.
  • Contract: If applicable, the associated contract.
  • Points Awarded: The total points granted.

3. Shopify Order Table

Review points awarded through Shopify purchases.

• Columns:

  • Order ID: The unique identifier of the Shopify order.
  • Order Name: The name or label of the order.
  • Email: The email address associated with the order.
  • Processed On: The date and time the order was processed.
  • Shopify Points Awarded: The points granted for the order.

• Detailed View:

  • Click on a row to see more details about the order and the awarded points.
  • If points haven't been awarded and it appears to be a mistake, use the Reprocess button in the detailed view to attempt reprocessing the order.

The Season Pass Points tab provides comprehensive tools for managing and reviewing points, ensuring accurate and fair rewards for user engagement.
