What is BitBadge?
The BitBadge system works in tandem with live event Perk Events, providing a seamless way to manage access to in-person events for both users and administrators.
For Users
- Redeem the Perk: Claim the live event perk from your account.
- Go to the Event: Attend the in-person event associated with the perk.
- Show Your BitBadge:
- Access your BitBadge via Profile Page -> BitBadge.
- Present the BitBadge QR code to the event staff.
- Optionally, download the QR code for offline access.
For Admins

Install the Mobile App:
- Download the iOS or Android app.
- Contact Bitflips Support for installation assistance.

Prepare for the Event:
- Before the event starts, link the current event to the mobile app from the Perk Event management page.
- This ensures that during a busy event, the app is set to scan the correct event, reducing errors from selecting similarly named events.

Scan User Codes:
- Use the mobile app to scan users' BitBadge QR codes.
- The app will display a message confirming whether the code grants access to the event.
