1. Tier System and Points

• Fans earn points by participating in designated activities or achieving specific milestones.
• You can define multiple reward tiers, with each tier granting access to exclusive rewards as fans accumulate points.

2. Rewards Management

• Rewards can include merch discounts, free tickets, meet & greets, unreleased content, digital collectibles, and more.
• Each reward is configured to be redeemable through a Perk Event

3. Seasonal Structure

• Points are season-based, meaning that fans’ points will reset at the end of each season. This allows for recurring engagement and fresh rewards each season.
• You can configure each season with unique activities, point thresholds, and rewards, creating variety and excitement for fans.

4. Claim System

• Fans are able to redeem rewards by redeeming a Perk Event.
• Redemptions are managed through our Perk Event system, enabling you (the admin) to configure which rewards are available and how they are distributed. When a fan "redeems" a Perk Event, it is considered “used” and cannot be reclaimed.
